Saudi Guardian International Float Glass Ltd., (GulfGuard), is a company of leadership, foresight and imagination to prosper in a world of profound change through wise and efficient use of its people, resources and technology.
The company, which only produced float glass when it launched in October 1996, introduced pattern glass in February 1998 and added a state-of-the-art mirror production line in March 2002.
GulfGuard, which is the first plant of its kind to be set up in the Gulf and Middle East Region, represents a $135 million investment set up by a joint venture between two Saudi Partners and a subsidiary of Guardian Industries Corp., one of the largest flat glass producers in the world.
